Navevo BBNav GPS System: One of the first ever disabled friendly Sat Navs
There are a variety of GPS systems introduced in the market, making your traveling experience comfortable and pleasant. Navevo is the first to introduce a disabled friendly Satellite Navigation System.
Their model, the Navevo BBNav Car GPS System features a system of mapping which includes maps of Ireland and UK. This system has a touch screen display measuring 4.3 inches. It incorporates and exhaustive database of over 10,000 Blue Badge spaces for parking and also car parks for the disabled at over 3,500 locations in 150 major towns and cities.
Car parks are even graded according to the number of people traveling. For example the Grade 1 car parks are for those disabled who are on a wheel chair and traveling without a companion. The Grade 2 parks are for those on a wheel chair who are traveling with someone. Grade 3 is for those who can move around on their own a bit. Other sat navs, even advanced ones like the TomTom Go 940 Live, rarely do this. The display of height limits is a wonderful feature the BBNav possesses, which is also of immense help to those driving around a vehicle that is converted.
Another model from Navevo, the Navevo BBNav Compact GPS System comes with at least 20,000 disabled friendly points out of the total of 60,000 points displayed. Disabled are further assisted with information on the various local councils offering Blue Badge concessions. This wonderful Navevo navigation instrument guides the disabled to disabled friendly toilets around the city. Tourist spots that are powered vehicle or wheel chair friendly are also listed. The thoughtful hands free calling facility is offered with the help of Bluetooth connectivity.
